PDF Pattern Downloads

All PDF pattern purchases are sent as digital downloads. You will receive the download link in an email, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. 

YOU WILL HAVE 24HRS AFTER PURCHASE TO DOWNLOAD THE PATTERN TO THE DESIRED LOCATION. (This is a setting with this web-browser that can not be changed.)

If you are having trouble finding your download email, please first check your spam folder. 

If you have already downloaded the PDF and are having trouble finding the file, please first check your Downloads folder or your ‘Files” app. 

We also strongly recommend that you use a computer to download the file, versus a cell phone, iPad or other device. 

If you are still having issues finding or downloading your pattern after trying these recommendations, please contact claire@madejustsew.com with your order number and we will resend the file.

SHIPPING

All orders for physical products will be shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. We ship via Royal Mail. All orders come with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with that tracking number. If your package is delayed, refer to the tracking number for more information. Once the package leaves our possession, it is then the responsibility of the Royal Mail.

Each customer is responsible for tracking their own package. We do not follow tracking numbers once they are shipped.

I am very happy to be able to offer you international shipping to all physical products. All shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. I use Royal Mail Tracked services and delivery times are estimated to be:

non EU Europe - 3-5 days

Rest of World - 5-7 days

Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

All PDF patterns are final sale.

All Ready-Made Quilts are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped. Once it has been given to Royal Mail, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. We will do everything that we can to help locate your package, including opening a claim with the Royal Mail. If we send the incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange at no additional charge to the customer.

Quilt patterns cannot be reproduced and sold. Duplication of any kind is prohibited. Quilts made using MJS patterns CAN be sold, however, design credit needs to be given. Only use photos with proper credit, thank you.
